DESIGN & CALCULATION

Aceralava has a dedicated Business Development department and an experienced R&D team, supported by advanced CAD systems for design and calculation.

We work closely with our customers to provide tailored solutions, including adapted chemical compositions and optimized process route design, ensuring full compliance with end-user requirements.

Aceralava is fully prepared to support its customers as a metallurgical partner in Stainless Steels and High-Nickel Alloys.

LABORATORY

Aceralava operates its own laboratory for chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and metallographic examinations, ensuring the highest quality standards and full compliance with customer technical specifications. The laboratory was certified according to ISO 17025 in 2017.

In addition, the Tubacex Group has a Corporate Innovation Unit focused on product R&D and development projects aligned with the industrial plans of the Group’s companies, fostering continuous technological advancement.

The central R&D laboratory, located in Spain, plays a key role in accelerating development by strengthening metallurgical and metallographic expertise, which is essential for the development of new materials and manufacturing processes. Its main equipment includes advanced microscopes (FESEM – Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, and LM – Light Microscope) as well as microhardness testing systems.
