Ring Rollers

Aceralava manufactures rolled rings using ingots, as well as polygonal and square hot-rolled or forged billets. Tailored-weight ingots are available, with ingot weights ranging from 2.5 to 24 tons. Round billets range from 165 to 600 mm, while square billets range from 120 to 600 mm. Rings can be supplied with black or ground finish. This process allows the use of all steel grades and offers low minimum order quantities and short delivery times.
