Mud Pumps / Fluid Ends / Frac Blocks

Aceralava manufactures components for mud pumps, fluid ends, and frac blocks from hot-forged rectangular bars. The main grade used is 17-4PH, with 15-5PH also available. Sizes range from 300 × 400 mm to 400 × 600 mm. This process offers low minimum order quantities, versatile shapes and sizes, short delivery times, and availability of the PH grade family. Mechanical testing on a test block is included, and the material is supplied as gross forged, ready to be machined.
